Quebec garlic, "Music" variety


This hard-necked garlic from the porcelain family can be kept 6-8 months after harvest (normally around mid-July) and has a more complex and rich flavor than garlic elsewhere (China, Spain).

It is moderately pungent.

Has 3 to 4 pods per bulb on average.


- 6 to 8 months.

- Leave in dry and well ventilated conditions. The island and the kitchen window are ideal.

- Do not refrigerate

Sales format

- Small (1 to 1.5 inches)

- Medium (1.5 to 2 inches)

- Large (more than 2 inches)

- Bulk (kg): Equivalent to approximately 20-25 medium bulbs. (economy size)
