ABOUT US
Bêta-Carotène Farm is a small scale diversified vegetable farm currently on its way to obtain Organic Certification. We are already using 100% organic practices since it is a requirement to obtain the certification. The farm was born from an idea given by my spouse. One day she told me: Why don't we grow the best and freshest organic vegetable in the world?
Since that day, we are striving to attain that goal. Today we are producing 30 different vegetables and herbs of excellent quality. They are available through our weekly CSA (Weekly Vegetable baskets), our Online Shop and via our kiosk at the Farmers' Market.
We are following the path which will lead us to Organic Certification. Until then, we pledged to grow our produce using 100% organic methods.
